How do I find my Ticketek Customer ID?

Sometimes you will be asked for your Ticketek Customer ID, to assist in finding your booking.

Website

1. Visit the log in page
2. Log in with your existing email address and password
3. Click on the 3 horizontal bars in the top righthand corner of the website
4. Click My Account

Your Customer ID will be displayed underneath your Name, on the left hand side of your account information.

App

1. Open the Ticketek App
2. Click Account
3. Click Tickets
4. Click Order History

Your Customer ID will be displayed underneath your Name, on the left hand side of your account information.
