For some events, ticket delivery and collection may be delayed at the request of the promoter or venue.
The dates listed below are when we expect delivery to commence, your tickets may arrive slightly later depending on your delivery method and any delays beyond our control.
For some events tickets may not be released until 24 - 48hrs prior to your event date. If your tickets do not arrive, please see the box office at the venue for assistance.
If you haven't received your ticket after checking these dates and allowing time for delivery, please submit a request and we will look into it for you.
If you haven't heard back from us before you have to leave for your event, please visit the box office at the venue.
